GT 610, ASUS M3N72D, Win 7 64 bit: Black screen

At power on I get black screen. Never changes even when Windows is done loading. I've tried switching the onboard GPU to Auto. Tried disabling the onboard graphics device in device manager. 
 
EVGA GT 610, ASUS M3N72D, Win 7 64 bit
Installed the latest drivers off EVGA site.
