So, all of a sudden this morning my system is stuck at the screen that lists bios version and says initializing. The LED on my mb shows "75". I have a Corsair h80 liquid cooling unit and my i7 920 has been OC to 3.8 for a few months with no problems. A few days ago I installed a new GTX 670 and put everything in a new case. It's been working fine. Yesterday I spent a few hours OC the new video card and it worked just fine until this morning. I used the cmos reset button to no avail.My memory is 12gb (3x4gb) ddr3 1333

    What PSU do you have? Model number would be great if you can supply that as well.

    PSU should be good. I would look over those two links I provided. See if either of those help out.

    Well, thank you so much.
     
    Looks like it had something to do with my DVD drive. I unplugged it and the system booted right up. Not sure what that's about, but considering that I haven't used a DVD/CD in a couple of years, it shouldn't be a problem. 
     
    Again, thanks for the help. Should have realized that 75 was a post code and not a wrong temp.

    It could be the SATA Port that died, which could be nothing, or impending doom for the SATA Controller.
