Can frame rate target be changed to support 144 fps

It would be nice to see the precsion x frame rate target bumped up from 120 fps max to 144 fps.  144hz monitors are becoming more common and i find that more and more games are not requiring you to have vsync on anymore.  so it would be awesome to cap it off at 144 fps so the frame rates dont go nuts on menus and cutscenes.

    You could use adpative vsync from the specific game profile in the NVCPL.  It functions pretty much the same way as the frame rate target.  It caps your fps at 144, but when your fps aren't that high, then it turns off vsync.
