BIOS 015 FINAL Updates: - Improves compatibility with dual GPU cards (GTX 690, 590)
- Corrects BSOD 0x00000122 error that occurs with newer NVIDIA drivers
- Updates ME driver to v7.1.52.1176
- Improves USB keyboard compatibility
Windows Installation- Download the .zip file below for your motherboard:
270-SE-W888-KR - EVGA SR-X- First go into your BIOS and load defaults, save and exit
- Close all open programs.
- Go into the folder where you unzipped this package and run the appropriate batch file.
- For Windows XP, Vista or 7 32Bit: FPTWIN32.BAT
- For Windows XP, Vista or 7 64Bit: FPTWIN64.BAT
- If in DOS Mode: FPTDOS.BAT
- Press Y in CAPITAL LETTERS to start the flash process
- DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR RESET DURING THE FLASH PROCESS
- After the flashing is finished, the system will automatically shut down. Then power on again and go into BIOS, Load Defaults, Save and Exit.
USB Flash Drive Installation - Visit this thread and follow the installation instructions. (Thanks Lvcoyote!).
Warning: **Do not restart or interrupt your PC while the flash is ongoing **Do not Flash BIOS on overclocked settings

I flashed this new bios and now I'm unable to boot on my ssd because UEFI doesn't detect it. Another re-install in progress :(

if this is possible with bios E779 classified placed to SRX with only cpu 0 , with QA92 cpu , bios 38 on SRX , when bios SRX have the same possibility of the E779 classified bios with 2 cpu  Uploaded with ImageShack.us

gtx690 in quad sli = bsod :( single 690 = work fine. Fixed! Enable Gen3 Equalization in bios. Now quad sli completely works.

And what exactly did you put just below at Port Link Speed ? Gen2 everywhere just like default or you put Gen3?

I simply enable Gen3 Equalization and all available suboptions. Yes, Gen2 everywhere just like default. GPU-Z shows all videocards work in the pci-e mode 3.0@16x I don't know that occurs but if to switch off Gen3 EQ, quad sli doesn't work. Constant bsod's.

I tried your setting and mine still glitching if I move the mouse. Looks like a problem with interrupt. Anyway, I ordered the Z9PE-D8 WS supposed to receive it this week. I have too many troubles with this sr-x :(

What dvi out is used for connection to the monitor? In my case, quad sli normally works if the monitor connected to dvi out №2 only. It is a known issue, but nVidia doesn't make any comments. Update: if monitor connected to dvi out №3 - i have glitching, corrupted image in 3d games and low fps ! if monitor connected to dvi out №1 - only 3-way sli ha-ha :)

I have 2 monitors.. I tried with only one in n2 still having issue.. will try others..

Who still gets post code AA read out on latest BIOS when booted into OS? I used to get CPU temp in one of the earlier BIOS revisions, now just "AA"

ad a option for dim's overclocking ad support cpu ES and E5-4XXX resolve power cpu on E5-2687W oem is always 1,2V with option idle no décrease this voltage , on 2609 this running ok in X79 classified the E5-2687W oem this option running 0,6V to 1,23V

No_fate/ others can tell me how you got the Dual GTX690s working I updated my bios to _15, and the second card in slot 5 still not working., when I turn it on the fan spins at max rpm for 10 secs then it goes back to normal, the lights do not lit up on the GEFORCE. and in windows I cant see the second card, I have tired to switch the cards around and tested in the Asus Z9pe-d8 and they work fine.

I don't understand anyone can get it to work for patching the BIOS 015. I had try in DOS and Windows nothing happen beside stock screen or close down the PC?

use usb méthod ,you have better result I use this for all motherboard and not only EVGA , asus asrock giga,sm , intel
