My personal thoughts on the product is just amazing. I've tried it on mobo ports and my sound card. So I gotta say, these headsets don't get any justice on mobo ports. You must have a sound card to experience the real deal. They are so comfortable I can wear them all day.

was anyone notified? I just went on the site and it said the first shipment sold out, but I was never notified of it's availability.

They never had it released man. That was a stunt they pulled to delay it mid march without actually saying it. Absolutely nobody said they actually was able to get it as of yet.
I bet you they made enough just for their staff to use and maybe sell 5 units online if that at all.

Yah, I would think at least one legit buyer would have posted something about it.

I imagine the bar is to stop the tray with the cans on it. Take the cans off, test them, replace tray after the bar, wait for next.

However, I can't help but notice that those are the 7.1 models and that looks like a USB plug? What's up with that?

It is to provide Power. There is still five 3.5mm Jacks you need to hook up.

They did it again Signed up to be notified for the third time with two different email accounts. Got an email for some other headphone from razer. When I went on their site and looked up the 7.1 Tiamat it said they sold out yesterday and won't have another batch for a month. LOL I'm just going to reformat my brain and wipe any info I had of these things out -_-

Only thing I managed to get my hands on is the Mass Effect 3 Razer Vespula 

whats so great about these headphones <_< bleh i have coirsair vengence 90$ and their just as good as the 150$ razor megalodon i had a few years back give or take a few things.

I am all about the newest and greatest dont get me wrong, but i dont see anything special other than an inovative idea and high quality parts. but so many headsets are great these days, far as true 7.1 you could achieve such a rich sound from 20 other headsets, and these headsets have nothing on some headsets ive heard (none gamers im talking) once you've heard a 5k$ headset things sound kinda bleak  the burden of knoweledge.
 
ust seems silly that everyone seemed so bent out of shape about the limited stock and back orders. nothing against their products, but waiting for one with your finger on the trigger seems silly on in such an already saturated market. no other marker in our econemy is as robust and responsive as the computer market these days. seems like an antiquated marketing plan for such a market to me.  these are selling no matter how negative i sound, and im not trying to sound negative at all but really i'm not seeing anything truley special here. with the tech of digital processing and the full range speaker tech currently availible from a single driver setup on a headset it just seems like a step back to me to try and use multible drivers in a headset. this is more for razor than anybody else, because after all their looking for feedback.  perhaps im just grumpy because i held off on a headset for so long and finily pulled the trigger 2 months ago on the corsair. jealousy is an ugly color 

that tablet interests me. I'd certainly buy a tablet from razor. :)

ive owned a couple tablets, i have an ipad, ive owned an hp tablet, and I own an asus windows tablet, the eeslate. i do love my toys  your saying its entering the market at 3k though? thats to steep for me too, i was assuming it would be more toy than tool.

ohh yeah i checked out their site than i saw that laptop. i guess it'll be a nice laptop but not a very hot market, most gamers dont game on laptops. the tablet interests me but they didnt have any info on their site so i guess its the waiting game.
