Memory timing Impact on Z77 controller - WOW

I was doing some tweaking on my Z77 and noticed a huge difference in performance when enabled C1 timings over C2.  Never have I seem such a dramatic increase in performance when setting C1 in all my years of testing.  I would highly recommend you do some testing yourself.

    nearly a 400 point jump in 3D Mark 11 just from changing just 1 setting ... NICE!!!

    Dude, that's crazy...I don't think any of us have seen something like that before, nice work!

    I used to get variances like that when I did nothing and held my mouth right with vantage.  I'd average multiple runs at C2 and multiple runs at C1 and take the difference.  It would be an interesting test.

    Pretty much what delirious has already said.  One test with that small a change could merely be a fluke with a futuremark test.  Run it a few times each and average out the tests.  You could also run heaven and see how the average and min/max FPS numbers are changed.
