I'm wanting to collect EVGA's first made GPU.

What card is it? I found a FX 5700 Ultra. Is that the first from them?

Go to EVGA's support section, look up product specs page to select from all EVGA had made available online.

Oldest graphics card series name is called "GeForce 2" and according to wiki it debuted way back in the year 2000 (since EVGA was founded in 1999, they should have made the first GeForce card, idk).  EVGA made dozens of versions, so you might find at least one, but then we're talking about something from 12 years ago.

For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

Well, the thing to remember is that EVGA originally started as something of a 'budget'/knockoff vendor for nVidia parts.  IE., the 'cheap ones' that you would buy better if you could.  Back then, BFG (now out of business) were really the cards you wanted.

Anyway, the Geforce 2MX is the first card I remember from EVGA.  While the company was founded in the middle of the original GeForce 256 run (the first 'GeForce' card), I don't recall them actually putting one of those out.

Not that I'd doubt you, but...that picture doesn't make any kind of sense.

What on earth would EVGA be doing putting out a TNT2 card in 2001 (the date in the frame), when you were already putting out GeForce2 MX cards (a card two generations newer) back in 2000.

That's true - I bought the PC used in 2006, and I think it was an office cubicle machine before that. That was my first PC with a video card since my Cyrix 586 (166 MHz) paired with an S3Virge video card with 4 MB RAM.

There was a bit of a gap in my PC gaming history.

I think I still have a Gainward Geforce 3 in my parts box for some silly reason. My first EVGA was an FX5700

FX5200... was limited to PCI interface vs. the faster AGP 8x interface. Got what I deserved for trying to game on a Compaq!

The names on these posts are taking me back.

I hear S3 Virge and VIA were bought by China, as was the old Cyrix line of x586.
    Voodoo 3DFx...
    TNT Cards. LOL.

I remember buying parts at a pc part store in days when oem no box was common from your local shop run by a Chinese family by the university in town.
