What's this Precision-X error?

Not sure what is this.. Just got my EVGA GTX 680  and planning to OC'd it but when I opened Precision-X it shows me this error. Thanks.
 
Btw, had RSOD as well, but after disabling all start-up program it looks fine right now, but we'll see after playing some games.

    Can you remove all previous versions of Precision and reinstall?

    this is my first nvdia card.. after installing that's what I got.
     
    EDIT: after restarting, I am not getting the error anymore.

    No sure what it is, I get that one every once in a while, I just ignore it.

    I get that also on one system, all the time, just put GTX 460 in. On 2nd system I do not see it at all, even if I put the GTX 460 there or GTS 250.
    So I am assuming even though I try to keep both systems 100% identical other than one has Apple iTunes x64 (which of course could be doing this).
    Thought it might be Windows 8 CP yet both systems run that also.
