On the original Precision, if I were to apply my settings such as fan speed and then close out of Precision, everything would still be applied.  Now if I close out of the program the settings go back to default until I open the program again.  I know this is the case because I set my video card fan to 100% so I could easily hear it, then closed out of Precision X and I couldnt hear it at all.  Moment I open Precision X it is easily heard again.
 
Also I set my Mhz for my GTX275s to 673, and applied it.  Then just above where it displays the actual GPU core clock speed it says 675.  No biggie but kinda annoying.
 
Neither of these problems occurred on the original Precision, but I really like the fan curve which works perfectly.
