Is anyone aware as to what PCB design any of the 4gb cards will be using? I'm assuming non-reference, but I want to be sure. Any info is greatly appreciated as I plan on putting water on 3 cards and I'm not sure if/when blocks will be released for non-ref cards.

Thanks

That is always a gamble. And one of the reasons so many of us quit playing with chance (Speaking on 4g HC EVGA Models). Not only are they always a pain in the but to get (Popularity) regardless of HC model or not, but the "Hopes" of an aftermarket WB being designed is a 50/50 chance.

Not only that, but the HC version from EVGA is always a higher clocked/Binned model and the price is worth it as they now come with fittings and a warrantied item.

That said... Long term it is easier to re-sell a non HC GPU... So much to decide on!

Indeed. I'm thinking my best bet may be to pick up 3 4gb FTW cards, watercool the GPU's with universal blocks, and sink the ram...

Sorry, non reference design. PCB is longer and has memory on backside of PCB.

Any chance you can reveal exactly how long the PCB is? The length could force me to get a 2gb rather than 4 :(

Not sure if you're able to discuss it, but is there anything that would conceivably block full coverage cards (Hydrocopper, ek, etc.) from fitting on the FTW?

Just wish the 4GB would hurry up and come out...Skyrim eats about 1.1GB of my 1.2GB
And I still don't have the Skyrim HD mod textures active
