OCScannerX, obvious artifacts not being "counted"

I'm currently testing at settings that give the 'e' a mild seizure at times, but my artifact counter never goes above 0. Yes, scanner is enabled. I tried reducing the polling period to 500ms without any success.
 
I used to use OCscanner because it caught things I couldn't see. Now it seems to be missing things I can x.x;

    Thanks, I will check the scanner asap, maybe there's a bug.
