GTX570HD Displayport issue

Ok so a week or so ago I purchased a 27inch 120MHz 3d monitor. I was upset to have to roll back to older drivers to get the display port to work. Today I redid my water loop to run a single vs dual loops. No water leaked onto any parts at all and the gpu was out of the case during most of it anyways. The block has been on it for at least 2 if not 3 months. But after refilling and leak testing and cable hiding. I fired her back up and nothing thru display port only hdmi works. I have checked and I'm still on the rollback version of the drivers 285.62. Nothing else was changed during this relooping any clues on whats up???? I really want display port as hdmi is only 60MHz

    I have the exact same issue.
    It worked for about 2 weeks, I was playing happily through ME3 in glorious 3d, shut my computer down, went to bed.
    Turned it on the next morning, and nothing whatsoever from the display port.
     
    The odd thing is, when the PC powers up, the monitor stand menu briefly lights up, also in windows, if you use the nvidia control panel and try Rigourous Detection, the menu panel also lights up again along with the message "Display Port" appearing on screen which suggests to me that something is happening, but why it doesnt actually work... I have no clue.

    I gave up on mine after reading some from the Nvidia forums about it being more of a monitor makers issue. I an a die hard Nvidia and EVGA fan but I had to go AMD for stability on the DP front.

    I eventually got mine working again by essentially rebuilding the system with factory resets on everything. Took out everything non-essential, reset the bios and went from there.
    From what I've seen on various forums its pretty hit and miss whether they work or not tho.
