Very few mainstream vendors make new boards for older chipsets and sockets, however the industrial market is only now getting into them.  The chances are higher EVGA will jump on the miniITX bandwagon either with upcoming Ivy Bridge (LGA1155) or Haswell (LGA1150).  It is a start that there is talk about it.
