How much of a difference would a copper fin rad help over its aluminum fin counterpart.  Al is suppose to dissipate heat better but copper weighs more and absorbs better.  The best thing I could find was reviews on the true copper which varied from 1-4c improvement over load, could I expect the same or better cause its water cooling?

Is it aluminum fin only? Or are the tubes aluminum also? You may see a slight drop in temps with the aluminum fins, but not much. Also if the tubes are aluminum stay away from it. Aluminum doesn't play well with copper. Also can you post some links to it?

Probably cost more, but copper fins will provide better cooling with the same fin surface area.  Also, you do not have dis-similar material touching each other.
