GTX580 Safe Mode only

I have 2 GTX580's that I have had for 2 weeks.  I have been running them in SLI, but    today when I turned the computer on it kept locking up at the welcome screen in windows.
I seperated the cards and 1 works fine, and the other will only run in safe mode. 
I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, uninstalled the audio driver.

    Please try the steps in this FAQ to take out the audio drivers if you have not done so already.
