MW3 GTX 560Ti FPS ISSUE HELP!!!!

So im playing mw3 on my evga gtx 560ti fpb with my i5 2500k cpu
And im benchmarking mw3 and im stuck at 40fps no less no more and i know im
Supposed to get way more since i get way more in bf3 fps than mw3 and mw3 has ****ty graphics so im wondering whats up does anybody know how to resolve that issue???

    go tooption and set your textures from "extra" to "native"
    that should solve the graphics problem.
    about the low FPS try that solution first and the report back.
    also is it on muliplayer or single player??
    you're just running around?? because there is no benchmark option in MW3.

    I tried that and no difference what so ever and i play single and mutli still same fps issue and i use fraps for bencmarking and the latest fraps and i have tried older versions and my other videocard gtx 550ti and no difference what so ever it just sticks at 40fps and i know it can do way more!!!cuz i get more in bf3

    go into the NVCP and set the power management setting for MW3 to prefer maximum performance.

    Check the fraps setting. I belive there is a fps limit setting in fraps, not to sure havn't used it in a while..
    also check v-sync, its worth a shot but not likly

    Tried the power managemnet and chkd the fraps limit doesnt help a bit nothing still at 40

    use evga precision.
     go to settiongs an activate the fps, temps and fan spped.
    you can check everyting you want on your screen or logitevh keyboard wtig lcd if you have one.

    Do you have Vsync enabled without triple buffering?
