    From what I have read the 1366 is faster than everything else at equal clocks. Of course the newer 1155 has shown it can hit over 5 Hz regularly. I don't know specifics but do some research and decide what is best for you. 4.34ghz on an x58 is awfully fast in my opinion. With HT that is 8 threads running I don't know if any programs could really benefit from the 6 core and ht. Of course if money is no object then go ahead and upgrade.
