    That's pretty cool, but I'm glad we have the modern Batman games instead.  I think people would rather play against the villains we grew up with rather than a one-shot villain from an alternate universe.  But this makes we want to go back and read some Elseworlds.

    This seemed to be a better "fit" for the "shadow" character, since he was a repeating/timeless type hero.
     
    A steampunk style batman does sound interesting though.
