About a month ago I got it in my head to do a X79 build,  I knew I wanted a new case and one that could hold me over through my next couple builds.  I ended up with a NZXT Switch 810 White.  Its an amazing case, perfect for watercooling or air.  It also has enough room in it for most any upgrade path I take.

So I stripped her down and got her ready for a little liquid love!  The cover to the top drive bay was removed to make it easier to access the rad for installation.  Also, the drive cages were removed as thats where the cpu rad will go.

Speaking of rads I ended up with 2 XSPC's one 240 for the cpu and one 360 for the graphics cards.

So now I needed 2 pumps for the loops and a reservoir.  I choose Koolance because I just love the look of the dual bay res and the pumps are reliable.

I removed the housings and put them into the resevoir.  It's an easy task just needs some care.  I bought an Evga X79 FTW mb but it failed horribly and after some thinking I decided on the Asus RIVE.  Great bios and easy to OC.  I now have to cool the 3930K that I chose for a cpu and I once again got a Koolance 370 black edition waterblock.

Can you see Spidey?!?

Since my case is white I needed to find quiet fans that push a lot of air and looked good.  I went with the BitFenix Spectre Pro white led fans.

My video cards of course are the EVGA GTX 680's SC+ backplate with some Koolance waterblock love.

So time to start putting it all together....Cpu loop installed int eh front of the case push/pull

Video card loop installed in the roof, just pull

After removing the drive cages I had no where to put these bad boys, but I found a perfect spot...

Raid 0 baby on 240 gb Vertex 3's give you this.....

Well thats it I hope you enjoyed it as much as I loved building the beast.  I'm at 4.8 ghz on the cpu with a score of 13.8 in Cinabench 11.5 and I'm just getting started on the gpu's.  I'm sure my name will pop up on the 3D Mark 11 post in a few days.  I just need to get the hand of this new overclocking method on Kepler.

    Thanks guys!

My only gripe is the amount of tubing in the case but with 2 loops inside this beast there wasn't much I could do.  I thought about a massive single loop but that's a lot of distance and restrictions to go through for one pump.  I cant wait to start folding again and get it finely tuned.

To anyone who is building a watercooled rig, I highly recommend those fans.  The rig is so quiet and cool!

How is that Koolance block working out? I thought about it but went for the larger Koolance block.

Which block? If your talking about the CPU block, I think the non black version might be a better performer but it works well and the gpu block are absolutely fantastic!
