I'm trying to gather all of my possible companions in Santuary Hills. I really want to snuggle up to Piper. I just have to hunt her down first.

Poop, I may have went too far.... I was doing tons of missions for the girl and the rude guy that are the brotherhood of steel. I wanted to switch things up a little bit so I started the Nick Valentine mission and now, my other missions are gone. The only missions I can do are "Getting a clue" and "Road to freedom". I don't want to finish the game yet. Should I go back to another save before the Valentine mission or do I still have a chance to not end the game?

I thought you dumped Piper? I had a bunch of my companions hanging about Shady Hills, but I started sending them to surrounding settlements. It just seems that a settlement that has a companion staying there has fewer problems.

I thought you dumped Piper?
I had a bunch of my companions hanging about Shady Hills, but I started sending them to surrounding settlements. It just seems that a settlement that has a companion staying there has fewer problems.
I think I travelled with Piper for a very short time then dumped her at the Starlight Drive-in for Cait. I couldn't send her back to Diamond City for some reason. It was too painful watching her farming carrots so I gave her a Supply Line. Nick Valentine is waiting for me at Sanctuary Hills too. I have a ton of Technical Documents for Proctor Quinlan but I don't think it's a good idea to take Curie onto the Prydwen with me since she is using a Synth body.

I know what you mean. You get really attached to some of those companions, don't you? Cait just walked away and took it well while Strong seemed to pout about it. LOL

Speaking of Power Armor, I have only used it twice. Transferring it from point A to point B doesn't count. I prefer to go at it with regular armor. I do like keeping my options open though.

Zuhl, when the option comes up to send the companion somewhere, if you cancel and not select a location they will go back to where they came from.

I don't often use my power armor(s) except for specific things. If I know Im heading into a heavy fire fight I'll take the armor. Need to carry a bunch of crap? Take the armor. Oh and to transport it back to base when first found. Otherwise I run about in regular combat armor.

+1, I do this so I can better keep track of them. There is also a companion tracker mod. I have 2 or 3 at Sanctuary Hills and that place hates me (24%). It has 23 people, 30 food, 30 water, 70 power, all the shops, lights, pictures, decorations you could ask for. On top of that I do the missions when they come up. I don't know why they hate me but they do. lol. Maybe Piper is digging up too much dirt on the other settlers...

I found that by getting the Load Perk maxed out you can run using your AP's and you can fast travel. I load Dog Meat to the max and then I go after the rest. Usually, the total between Dog Meat and myself will range between 700 to 900 LBS. My bank account appreciates it. LOL

I'll keep that in mind. Have you gone into the Gunner's Plaza yet? I tried early in the game and came to the conclusion that I was out gunned.

Yea. You get the outfit, of which I think can get ballistic weave if you go railroad. You get a silver machine gun. Looks pretty cool.

Well Im in another of my gaming slumps where nothing sounds interesting.
XCOM2 gets too repetitive, The Division is online only and I don't want to play with random people I don't know. So I think it's back into the Commonwealth. Just trying to decide if I want to start a fresh game or continue on.
