Hopefully Radio Freedom changes that violin music I keep getting hammered with. I keep listening for updates about attacks and other activity and although it says everything is quiet I still get a text announcement about a settlement being attacked.

I don't listen to that station and I don't see any issues not listening to it. So turn it off.

I occassionally get an alert from the announcer about a settlement that needs help. That's the only reason I listen.

The horrible DLC they've released so far is so disappointing.

IDK, it just installed and I was told it would be available to play in around 4 hours. I won't play it until tomorrow anyway. I'm already sick of DOOM and put it on the back burner. I refuse to play it any more and am thinking of uninstalling that POS.

What time did the down load start? I have it installed but did not see it down load and according to usual time releases and when I saw it available to play took 3 minutes.

I thought it downloaded yesterday but when I started Steam it just downloaded now. IDK how long it took but I'm ready to go in. If you don't hear from me you'll know where I am. If I am gone for more than two days please send an extraction team to rescue me.

I'm with Cait now but if you insist I'll go find Nick. I think he's still in Sanctuary grumbling about why they designed Synths to feel pain. If he doesn't shut up about it soon I'm going to show him some real pain with that Tessa's Fist I have in my inventory. LOL

Oh boy, Cait is going to be so mad I'll need to use a Stealth Boy to sneak back out of Sanctuary.

Cait took it rather well. She said, "You be safe out there, Nicky". Then I was off with Nick Valentine back to Far Harbor. Just plodding along finding things. No fast travel yet until I find everything.
Wait until you see the body Curie gets. She's really pretty but weird too. "Shouldn't a coroner be doing that"? whenever you loot a corpse or "Shouldn't you wash your hands after touching that"?

Curie is in one of the Vaults but I forget which one. Don't worry, it's a friendly Vault. Remember to take the 'tour' offered by the little boy. Don't fall too far behind him or you will fail the quest like I did. You can con him into doing for free if you are persistent. You have to do a mission for the doctors to find her so go into the Infirmary. No spoilers from me today so you're on your own from here. LOL

I just wish Curie was human. I mean, she kinda is and this is a video game we are talking about here but just knowing what she really is kinda puts me off. That sounds really silly reading that back but no worse than some of the other comments on here. 

Don't worry, you won't even remember any of it. I think they're using some kind of date rape drug because everytime I wake up she's just laying next to me in bed, I don't remember anything and I get a warning that says "You feel 'Your Lover's Embrace'". I think that's what it's called...   "Your Lover's Embrace".

Well, I am travelling with Nick and I have to say that compared to Cait he is absolutely worthless in combat. Are you sure I need this fool with me? Anyway, I am tearing through this DLC so far. Getting ready for the big one now.

I agree. At least Cait gets into the thick of it while Nick hangs back. Way way back. And while Nick is way back, Cait has your back unless she's in front of you shaking her backside. LOL
 
Thinking about this particular DLC, what happens to it after this has been completed. What will draw you back to it? The previous DLC took place in the Commons and kept you in the loop. Now one has a distant island that for the most part is not connected to the mainland.
