So been thinking of getting a 2080ti ftw3 card and really thinking of going with, https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-11g-p4-2484-kr/p/N82E16814487428?Description=rtx%202080ti&cm_re=rtx_2080ti-_-14-487-428-_-Product. But, idk know for sure this card will work in my Alienware area 51 r2, although I don't see why not since the new revisions come with hybrid GPU option.

$1,309.99 after $70.00 rebate card Cool
But where are you going to Mount the Radiator?
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti DirectX 12 11G-P4-2384-KR 11GB 352-Bit GDDR6 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready XC HYBRID GAMING, 11GB GDDR6, HYBRID & RGB LED
Maybe a better fit for a Dell.

Radiator should fit either where bottom case fan is, or I seen people mount it in the middle with and adapter plate from Alienware.

I have seen them for the CPU but not for the GPU
The Radiator should also be mounted above the GPU with the Tubes at the Bottom of the Radiator.

I kind of thought it would work because I remember seeing the setup in the photo you posted. The only thing is, it looks like the Evga cooler has everything integrated, meaning you don't have to plug the fan in on the radiator to anything. So, if that would be the case I'm not sure it would cause an issue, or probably just cause and error in the system with that fan missing, but the lower fan is more or less for the GPU anyways.
