some very nice paints from this place https://specialistpaints.com/pages/frontpage  they are ment for cars and bikes though, if you are goin with RGB lighting why not try a flip paint the case would also change colour when the different led lights hit it.

That's so freaking awesome! I'm excited to see where this build goes. I would suggest checking out the EK Fluid Gaming gear. Those fittings and blocks look amazing!

I would personally pick a color scheme between liquid color, and lighting, then play to that with the paint. 
I think a tri color case scheme would look SICK.
 
1 color inside, and 2 tone exterior.
 
White interior always looks super clean and makes the lighting pop as well as the liquid and components. So that's an idea, you could also do a two tone interior, white foundation and UV reactive paint design on top of it that's only seen under UV light. This would add some sick effect to it.
 
As for exterior two tone, I would base that heavily on the liquid color you choose and component, blocks, and couplings color you go with.
Maybe clear rigid tubing? ;)

Hardware labs black ice SR2's are very very nice radiators, a little more pricey than the usual, about $10-20 more, but the fin density, amount of additional ports, etc makes up for it surely.
Monsoons MMRS Style 8 combo pump\res would look very proper if you went with an SR2. I would pick it up from PPCS as you can customize the cable sleeves, colors, etc. (it's a very bright white unit)
If you're looking for something not as flashy and more generic, EKWB combo-res D5\DDC units are proper, definitely wouldn't let you down. They're usually all black, I believe EKWB did just come out with RGB pump\res D5 units as well.
I recently worked with monsoons hardline fittings, they were great but you still haven't specified if you're doing a soft tube or a hardline loop, so I'm not sure where to go about suggesting fittings to you :) ... Regardless of that, if you want quality it'd be bitspower of course. They are pricey though.
 
What kind of tube size are you looking to do? I look forward to the progress of the build, of course. :)

The saddest thing happened last night ='[. I had finished putting back the chassis, fully painted. I left it in my vehicle as I was a bit tired to lug it upstairs as I had moved into a new apartment all day. Unfortunately, someone smashed my Windows and the chassis is now missing ='[. The messed up part is ... the doors were unlocked (I never lock my doors). As I live of a 2 minute walking distance from the police station. 
 
 
Fortunately, it was just the chassis in my car so I can always purchase a new chassis. Now I'm starting over, anyone have a chassis suggestion so I can restart/resume.
