Guys is this including Europe as well or not as I put my notify in on the 17th as well

From what Jacob said earlier this is only for USA / Canada currently.  Unless they changed that recently.

Fantastic so EU get left in the lurch again, I will be lucky if I get a card in the next 6 months at this rate

I have a 3090 not an Evga that I managed to get on Newegg Business but I signed up for notifications for the XC Ultra 3090 because that is the card I would like to have. I'm here because my brother is a PC builder too and I am awaiting to get notified so I can purchase an Evga unit and sell my asus tuf 3090 to my brother for 1500. The 3090 is a beast of a card and I look forward to see what the XC Ultra can do! I signed up for notifications on 9-24-20

FYI, you can add yourself to this list, it's the honor system.  Go to the page and wait, Google docs has a 100 concurrent user limit on free/public spreadsheets so you might have to wait your turn, but eventually you'll be able to select a new cell/row and enter your info (read the instructions).  You'll know you can edit when clicking on a cell changes the color of the cell's border.  Please follow-up and enter info when you receive your email and your card, there are some large gaps between card receipts that would seem to indicate some folks not following through on the 3080 queue once they got there's.

Do we know if and when the que system will open up to the uk/Europe??

This is where I am just so everybody knows. I think I'm already on the spreadsheet. I will give up my space in line once I get one of the cards, hoping to get the 3090 though :).

Based on the very first post by evga they stated US will be first and evaluate other regions. It would be nice they give you a time frame though. I have a few friends in the UK and they are wondering the same

Obviously just speculating but evga is an American company and they aren’t even close to meeting American demand for the product. I imagine people in Europe will be waiting quite a while unless they can dramatically up production somehow.

I definitely mashed the auto-notify buttons the second the 3080 launched, even amidst the server load, however, my notification list doesn't show any history of these. After reading this post and checking my notification list, and seeing nothing there, I quickly went ahead and re-clicked the auto-notifies to get (back) in line.
 
I saw Jacob mention in the OP about someone asking about duplicate submissions, with Jacob clarifying that the earlier submission is what would count. But what happens if one's auto-notify list didn't show any prior submissions? Does that mean my original auto-notifies were lost or never counted? Or is it be possible those are still registered and counted, they're just not reflected on this new notify list functionality? Thanks!

Mashing the auto-notify button does nothing by itself, you need to enter name and email after that. I'm sure you did that, but it's not clear since you just said you "mashed" the auto-notify buttons.
