I feel the same way. Everyone's getting that FTW3, and I'm over here like... I just want my XC3 Ultra, come on!! Supposedly I'm really close in line for the video card. Like someone got it that is a half hour before me.
I saw one person that received the xc3 ultra that was 3 hours after my notify. Never got an email notification. So I don't know if they had the right card listed, or somehow I was skipped .... lol

In any event, I'd rather be in this queue system with a mfr that I know and trust, for a product that I want and will wait for, without having to haunt retailer sites (or worse) to fight for a chance to get one. Kudos to EVGA (and Jacob!) for running this, should be a model for how this gets done!

I have 2 good notify dates, but I only intend to buy one card. I think that is fairly reasonable, and is what a lot of people will do.

This topic has already got 1 thread locked. Please don't continue this thought process and get this thread locked as well. They did what they thought would help US, the actual gaming consumer get a video card. This will work for most of US. They can't please everybody for every scenario. Can we please just let the argument rest, and use this thread for its intended purpose? I signed up @ 11:30 AM on 9/21. Yep, I have a bit of a wait before I get one. Will I get one though? Eventually, of course. Does it hurt my feelings? Not in the slightest. At least I know my number will come up eventually. Yay me !

Totally agree, I will order whichever one comes first and be done with it. Hate scalpers. and yes to be clear I had a 980, 1080, 1080 tis all EVGA, my 2080 ti Zotac had fans crapping out within a year. Currently on a 2060 KO from Evga since step up was the only option for sane folks but that is dated 10/3 so think the 9/21 or 9/22 notifies come sooner. To be clear: not a scalper, and currently have 0 3080s. Missed the BB drop today because of a Dr appointment ( that would have been funny, hold on 10 mins doc, need to buy a video card 😀). Hoping EVGA comes through soonish. GLTA to all gamers/AI developers and non-scalpers.
