I am loosing hope to get one and hate to feed scalpers.
Thinking to reinstall Kraken 62 on 2070, remove my notification for 3070 and 3080, and wait 2021 production on 7nm nodes. Will also check AMD stuff.
Simply lost too much time, energy and emotion to get elusive cards. Maybe it is good to skip samsung nodes, who knows.

Just don't forget that the only culprit in this whole situation is nVidia and nobody else.
Yeah I know there is Covid and all that but they just didn't prepare properly at all for this launch. I would even say they just went downright lazy this time: even with Covid and the new cards demand it is not normal that cards are as difficult as that to get, and we are almost 2 months past launch...
And please PLEASE don't feed the scalpers... :(

With respect to the shipping quote of 3 pm, I am simply repeating what @EVGA_JacobF has said in prior tweets over the last two months or so. Here is what I posted last night. enewt
As of 23:00:00 Thursday, the Ultras continue to be the subject of the drops reported on this thread with today’s highlight being a 3090 FTW3 Ultra drop that moves that card’s queue to the early morning of October 5.

The biggest news is that the 3090 FTW3 Ultra has progressed to the morning of October 5. This queue is likely to slow down a bit as we hit the second congestion period on October 6, the day the now famous EVGA “auto-notify” queue was first announced. I anticipate that it will take us a few serious drops to get us to through October 6 and onto the downward slope of that queue.
On 10/29/2020, the 3070 XC3 Black moved another 18 seconds to 06:00:55. Since then, the reports have been a little confused with what appear to be outliers or erroneous reports of 3070 XC3 Blacks registrants receiving “invite to purchase” emails for time stamps in the neighborhood of 06:08:08 am. Based on my experience with these queues, I think a more accurate estimation of the head of this queue is around 06:01:15 as we have some volume to get through before we are outside of the launch window congestion. We will know a lot more once we receive reports of a new, sizable drop of 3070 XC3 Blacks.
In terms of predictions, we likely have a few 3090 FTW3 Ultra “stragglers” tomorrow morning from drop this afternoon. I also remain hopeful that we will see a 3070 drop this week, but sizable Friday drops are uncommon.
