My recollection is that it took two to three days.  Credit card.  Not sure about paypal and the like.  1 of 2 steps down; good luck!

@Relkan811, you likely dodged a bullet.  It is a good reminder -- if you find a card somewhere else, don't cancel your "notifies" until you have your card in hand, or even better, in your case.  Glad to have you still in this community.

a 3090 is a 3090 right now in my book. later on im probably gonna trade/sell for another brand (like evga) when stock stabilizes. I'm just happy to get one now

Just curious if anyone knows how soon after ordering EVGA usually ships?  Same day if you order early in the morning?  Or does it usually take a day or two?
 
 

Next day. I ordered mine at 11pm Eastern and it was shipped the next day

After reading the article things look promising for the ftw3 ultra but I also see the Strix OC is doing better in performance and users are having less issues with doa cards. Then I look at regular 1499 3090 cards and see that we are talking only a few frames. Seems like a hundred bucks an extra frame. I wish evga released the standard 3090 cards before the ultras. To me it's about the money the cost benefit ratio for performance doesn't make sense from a fiduciary standpoint. I'm hoping evga has tricks up their sleeves with the ultra and wish they wouldn't be silent about it.

I was just watching benchmark videos for the 3090. The strix definitely seems the most powerful, but like you said some cards only have a couple frame difference

I did the same. It isn't worth the extra 400 bucks for a few frames at least not know. I would like EVGA to explain why they didn't release the standard units instead of the FTW3 ultra...maybe it's profit or maybe it's production but what I do know is EVGA is putting cards in peoples hands that would otherwise have a long wait or pay scalper prices so I definitely appreciate EVGA doing that.

My thoughts too unless we are in for a nice surprise in a month or two when things refined and we get some bios that puts thr ftw3 much higher on the charts.

The biggest news is that the 3090 FTW3 Ultra has jumped ahead to the early afternoon of 9/30; pretty solid progress for that particular queue.
 
The 3070 XC3 Black has moved another 18 seconds to 06:00:55 on 10/29/2020.  I am a bit tired, but I don’t recall reading anything about the 3070 FTW3 Ultras making an appearance today. 
 
In terms of predictions, we likely have a few Ultra “stragglers” tomorrow morning from the 80s/90s and I am still expecting a 3070 drop before the weekend (likely Thursday (today!)).  An @EVGA_JacobF tweet today suggested “it is possible” we may get another 3080 FTW3 Ultra drop this week.

I try to keep up as much as possible as but its hard looking through each page, I checked the spreadsheet and I dont see anyone getting an email for the gaming edition yet. That was the first one I did on 9/23,never thought to notify about about the ultra till nearly a month later.

Ahh well that sucks, oh well I'll continue to wait I guess lol,least people are finally getting to place their orders,big plus on EVGA and everyone else for working towards something positive in all this.
