No you can not but what could you do? there are people who have been waiting for over a year and have not received a card notification.
There is no reason to buy something from EVGA again. Greek souvlaki  I do not know English I translate with Google .... Sorry.

Both my target notifies show about one month behind (EG, I set notify in January 2021 and they're fulfilling for Dec 2020)
It would be really funny if they both came in the same shipment... Not sure what I would pick though, the FTW3 3080 Hybrid (3898) or the FTW3 3090 (3895). I'd take both definitely, and sell (not scalp) one to a close friend, but I think there's a one product per household limit.
Any idea what the anticipated "Wait" would be if they're fulfilling for one month behind a target date? I know the myriad of variables are impossible to control for, but even a ballpark of the "Absolute soonest" would be nice so I can keep my fun stuff bank account nice and fat, given the 20hour limit.
3895 is the dead 3080 ftw3 gaming (non ultra) As for the hybrid you have a long wait still as that sku is very rarely produced being a niche product

NA and the EU have separate queues. And the EU queue moves at a significantly slower pace than the NA queue. ....which says quite a bit given said pace of the NA queue...

I think element35's site is being suggested more and more again 'cause it's the last known place where to find aggregated infos, as inaccurate as it can be for the EU queue. There's a couple thread here in the forum where some ppl report their notifications, but it's spotty and there's (at least) one thread for every GPU or SKU, not really easy to track all of them. BovineGamer's work sure is missed.

Congrats. I am a few months after you, and given how slow this SKU seems to move, I feel like I won't get a card for a while. I recently joined this forum. Does anyone know if the low end cards move at all?

Ok, I broke down and bought an overpriced card, 3080 FTW3 Ultra, for $1350 just to finish my build that has been sitting in a pile of non functioning stuff for over a year!! It was my first time doing hard line tubing, but it came out pretty decent and no leaks! Eventually I want to get a waterblockfor the GPU as well, but again the Hydrocopper is elusive or it would have been done. I'll have some photos later when I get to my actual PC and bot my phone!
