On the EU site, still no notify button for the 3080ti xc3, and the 3070ti xc3 not on the website just the ftw3. Why is this happened? Will this change in the future?

I don't think I have the mallow-to-chocolate ratio quite right, but the graham cracker crust is coming along nicely.  I hope to have it perfected by the time the 3999 auto-notify button relights. 
 
If you received an invite to purchase email today, congratulations! If you didn't, I am confident you will receive one in the next 24...fortnights (or by the time Fortnite 24 launches). If you received an invite to purchase email but didn't realize it and missed the 8-hour window, do not fear:
 
  (1) reply to the email (it should have come from ordernotify@evga.com) and indicate your desire to purchase the card.
  (2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842)
  (3) they should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card.  It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email. (Please be vigilant about checking your in-box, whitelist ordernotify@evga.com with your preferred email client.)  Do not panic about the 8 hour window. EVGA should get you sorted.  
 
For those non-Elites looking forward to 6 am PT tomorrow, best of luck...your registrations are going after all those that were made today and you likely have months ahead of you before these queues get to you...I recommend you continue to look to Best Buy and your preferred retailers for a card.  The queue is not a binary choice...you can do both.  
 
For the rest of us, we go again tomorrow...rumor has it (from JacobF) that the 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra should have a drop tomorrow...as will the 3090 YKK3 Ultra Hyper-Coffin...right into my gullet.

I would call EVGA (1.888.881.EVGA (3842)).  EVGA may not ship to Mexico...I am not sure.

There sold out of the limited quantity they had of the XC3 so they removed the button to prevent people from queueing endlessly for a card that may or may not get produced (in regularly numbers) for some time.
