So today's fun and games were for elite members only, does this mean it will be as bad or worse tomorrow when the rest of the world tries to join the queue?
I feel like basically everyone was an elite based on how the site crashed for hours.

Ok EVGA, here's a thought. You know who your Elite members are and have their emails. On the next launch, mass email a link to a product page at that is not searchable via the EVGA site. That way your Elite members don't have to contend with bots or other tomfoolery. A mass email at the product launch date and time would be the most fair way to approach this problem. Make it happen EVGA!

Earliest notify i got.
I really feel Elite compared to the 10,000 elite bots. Glad to know EVGA prefers new bot customers over brand loyalty customers. Can't wait for 3955s to be in LTTs verified gamer program.
it seems like a bunch of people got on that exact minute then that page crashed again for a bit. Hoping mine was when it came back up

That doesn't work. The bots are elite members. The only way they could guarantee almost no bots would be to only allow elite members before sept 2020. They won't do that tho.

Well eventually I managed to get a notify in almost three hours past the launch. When the page loaded I tried to add the only one for sale to the basket but all it would do is throw up a white box with text telling me about a discount. The rest of the time I was getting the error you have more than one tab open... FYI I didn’t Mr Robot-O you cantankerous clanking cataclysm of Automation.  Ohh well the wait goes on and there’s always the 3070ti. Have a good weekend all. I mean, I've been on the forums since 2009 and only became an elite member in January because I never spammed the forums and my 780Ti didn't qualify. The other cards I've bought since then (many) were registered to the people I built systems for. I only got membership after registering my wife's 3070. From a business standpoint, it doesn't make sense to exclude people from elite status, unless they make it a pay-for-elite program.

Looks like the queue process is fixed, was finally able to register, though I imagine it'll be months before there is stock given it took me almost 4 hours of trying.
As frustrating as it was I do empathise, I work in IT and the level of demand and spikes in traffic that this kind of product drop causes are incredibly difficult to plan for and resolve when they happen.
