Cyanide_icon So you're hating on people trying to get an edge in a cut throat gpu market. At least you know they're not likely scalpers since all you'll get through this method is one card and bots won't likely be using this method. It won't let me register my 7 year old 780 so this is what I'm stuck with and discord servers and Twitter follows have gotten me nowhere so here I am.
The spamming and floods of 1000s of BS post to get to 100 post is what is annoying right now. Suddenly you just have a ton of spam with post like "So super cool!" or "I wish I could have a GPU" copy and pasted in several different threads. It has ruined the community with low content responses and post.
how has it ruined the community ? if anything it would help the community to grow your elitism is more of a sore spot with me along with the associates begging for bucks that is way more troublesome IMO. IF YOU AGREE PLEASE GIVE ME BUCKS MY ASSOCIATES CODE .. X9IJ6AX9DVRBJQZ.. (shameless plug)

Because I get a e-mail to several threads I'm subscribed to and suddenly I started getting a ton of e-mails of people go "SO SICK BRAH!" I had to unfollow threads that I was contributing, trying to help others with or was just following. I don't care about people trying to get to 100 post, but I do care about low quality spam posting. At least try and put some effort into being a part of the thread you're posting in.

ShininoKage So I get that everyone is excited about the 3070/3080Ti. I do. Really. And I hate to be the guy that douses water on your red-hot expectations...... but I'm going to call it here. There is absolutely zero chance that the 3080Ti has 71% improvement over the 3080, which means you're basically paying a few hundred dollars .... to jump into another queue and hope to get the newer card faster than the one you've been in queue for already. (I'm basing this on the 71% retail price increase from the 3080 to 3080Ti via Nvidia -- $699 to $1199) That said: The 3070Ti is probably going to be worth it, being only $100 more than the 3070 (or a 20% price increase), and I honestly feel (without having seen a single benchmark) that 10-20% improvement is what we can expect from both the 3070 and 3080Ti over the non-Ti versions. There's a REASON they didn't show us any comparisons with the 30-series in the keynote.
From the history of the 780 all the way to 2080 the increase from a TI was pretty much always in the 15% to 25% ballpark, so I expect the same from this TI. And to the guy that is raging and flagging pretty much everything as spam this morning: you're hilariously pathetic lol!
I don't think so. The gap between the 3080 and 3090 was 10-15% depending on variables. I expect the 3080 ti is basically a 3090 without 24gb of Vram and clocked slightly lower. 10% boost over the 3080 at nearly double MSRP

Five posts a day would tank enewt. I don't think it's volume as much as it is simply not having a an ulterior motive to post. Discussions are good. Encouragement is good. It's just if you want to spam post your way to 100, there are other threads that exist pretty much for just that reason. That said, last time we had a Monday holiday, the queue didn't move much til Wednesday. Then it stayed that way (* more drops on Wed than Tues) for a few weeks. With new SKUs dropping as well on Thurs/Fri? I don't know. The 57 might still move a bit. I think anything else will trickle except - hopefully - they'll clear a few minutes out on both of the new queues Thursday and Friday. Good luck queuing up or hitting the drop you want this week.

Exactly. I'll stay in queue for my 3080 FTW Ultra (while I love on my 3070 FTW Ultra that I mis-ordered, geez) That said, I don't begrudge the people who -are- going to get the 3080Ti. I mean, more power to you. I just ...don't see it.

tshalev6am... not sure I'm going to jump on this one to be honest. It is totally fair! West Coast has lower delivery time than other US regions because of EVGA warehouse location, so they should somehow to compensate that. 6AM queue opening seems reasonable It will be 8AM for me In case if someone did not get it: it is a joke.

Looks like EVGA has added a "token" for the auto-notify mini pages. Besides limiting the number of notify windows you can have open (or at least trying to), it also will auto close a tab if you try to open one indirectly/copy-pasting. Assuming other people have seen this as well. Will probably have to load the product pages individually which is gonna suuuuuuck.
I foresee high saline levels tomorrow, especially for people trying to get in line for more than one card (all of us). sample for 3895 &CsrfToken=bla-bla-bla

I think that queue got more longer and nvidia will certainly cut down or stop 3080 altogether. If you bought your 3070 at normal msrp then you should consider very lucky. Unless red team increases the supply at msrp, there is no way out.

Thanks for the heads up...I just checked myself and it looks like the direct links to the auto-notify button no longer work. June 3 is going to be u-g-l-y. As an aside, preliminary indications are that the 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra will carry the 3967 SKU code and the 3080 Ti XC3 Ultra, the 3955 SKU code.

Unless somebody smarter than me figures out a way to game the token system, it looks like we are in a two-step process along with the rest of the great unwashed... er, general public...uh, the other Elite members that don't frequent this thread).

I am curious to see what the performance per watt rating is for the 3080 Ti and the 3070 Ti. The 3070 scored very well in that regard at 220W. I saw that the 3070 Ti is going to be ~290W so it may take a nose dive in the performance per watt rating but jump ahead in the performance to price. The 3080 Ti could be the opposite of that. It might do better in performance per watt but worse in performance to price.

Apologize in advance if already covered or common knowledge... so, question: I signed-up to be Auto Notified 2 months ago and am currently in the queue for a 3090. If hypothetically I click 'Auto Notify' and am successful at getting inline in the queue for, say, a 3080 Ti, will that nullify/remove my queued 3090? Or will I remain in the queue for both cards?

Cheemonstonzo Jacob mentioned on on stream that some HC are arriving this week, but it might not be a lot. Also something very soon for EU. Didn't catch if it was 3060Ti or G6. Take this this with a grain of salt in case I misheard as I can't rewind live feed. Wow, updates on cards for queue gets flagged as spam. Someone really needs to desalinate and find a more productive hobby.
Yeah I suspect it's probably the new salty people that are frustrated that they get flagged as spam that are doing this. If you're low effort posting just trying to reach the 100 minimum requirement for the Elite membership don't be surprised you get flagged as spam.
I'm already an Elite member for buying and registering EVGA products (mostly PSU's and GPU's). IMO that should be the only way to get Elite status, but of course I'm biased.

No, you can (and should!) queue up for as many cards as possible. I am queued for essentially every card except for 3060.

You can queue for every single sku if you want and I'd recommend doing just that for best chances at getting a card.

I just spent the better part of an hour hunting it down and parsing for the 3080 ti in hopes of getting a better chance at making front of the line.

Best of luck to you, Newt. Long-time listener, first-time caller, avid F5'er. Used your code for all my purchases. I'll be checking in for seeing if anyone finds a work around but I'll leave the salt on the table for everyone else. Cheers!
Thanks for the kind words and the consideration of using my code; both are really appreciated. Best of luck to you too!FloodControl 3070 ti XC3: 3785 FTW3: 3797 3080 ti XC3: 3955 XC3 Hybrid: 3958 XC3 HC: 3959 FTW3: 3967 FTW3 Hybrid: 3968 FTW3 HC: 3969 I really wish the Auto-Notify direct link would still work. I just spent the better part of an hour hunting it down and parsing for the 3080 ti in hopes of getting a better chance at making front of the line.
Thanks for the work on the 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti SKUS; much appreciated. I had tracked down the 3080 Ti aircooled numbers...and was saving the 3080 Ti waterlogged and 3070 Ti sku number homework for tonight.

Theleb_Kaarna Apologize in advance if already covered or common knowledge... so, question: I signed-up to be Auto Notified 2 months ago and am currently in the queue for a 3090. If hypothetically I click 'Auto Notify' and am successful at getting inline in the queue for, say, a 3080 Ti, will that nullify/remove my queued 3090? Or will I remain in the queue for both cards?
you'll still be queued for both cards, im not sure if theres a maximum to how many you can sign up for but I was in 5 queues before I dropped out of two of them with no issues
There isn't a maximum. There are more than a few people here in line for literally every SKU created by EVGA. Urobulus I'm already an Elite member for buying and registering EVGA products (mostly PSU's and GPU's). IMO that should be the only way to get Elite status, but of course I'm biased.
I want to say that I am with you - it definitely rewards loyal EVGA fans such as myself (I owned an EVGA 1080 Ti for years). I just want to add the caveat that said products would be available FOR me to buy. lol

owlshanchad Looks like EVGA has added a "token" for the auto-notify mini pages.

This includes existing notifies that have been in queue for months? Only really queued up for one SKU right now, the 3755.
