WaywardT enewt, I just noticed how close you are to getting yours, today should be the day, heck the next hour maybe.
I wanted the 3090 FTW3 Ultra (my wife does some computer graphics work as a side hobby and it would be helpful) but I am not sure I can wait that long (10/5 7:38:51 pm -- I totally whiffed on the auto-notify). I am not close in either horseshoes or hand grenades. I am afraid you are stuck with me for a bit longer. Edit: Thanks avmba01 for the report on the 3080 XC3 Ultra. 17:15:57...progress!

Just dropping in to say that I grabbed a 3070 today. 08G-P5-3751-KR notification date was 10/29/2020 6:00:24 AM PT. Good luck and swift movement for those still waiting. I've cleared my notifies for the other two 3070's.

BTW I was correct to assume 3070 being a "budget" card, the "budget" options will be released first. We should hopefully be seeing good movement in the queues. And I will remove my notifies once my card is shipped.

I've been out of the loop for a few days, but it looks like the spreadsheet has had a decent jump in time for 3080 FTW3s recently. Any known reasoning for that? Big drop or lower density of orders?

AJ1775 Just got my notify to buy a FTW3 3080 at 12:31pm. My notify in the queue was 9/17 around 1040 or so.
Congratulations to you both. It looks like we have moved about 20 minutes on the 3080 FTW3 Ultra so far this morning!
I guess these are the unclaimed cards from yesterday's 3080 drop. 20 minutes of movement means that there were a lot of leftovers. Hopefully there will be another drop later this week. Yes, a good drop last Thursday and a good drop yesterday. coldrain85 I guess these are the unclaimed cards from yesterday's 3080 drop. 20 minutes of movement means that there were a lot of leftovers. Yes, we had some sizable inventory of drops and it feels like some folks who signed up already have cards and thus the straggler drops (the day after a sizable drop) seem to be growing in size. For a few of these queues, it feels like we have some momentum building...let's hope anyway. Still, it is a story of "might have soon-ish and have nots" as the Gaming and Blacks (with the exception of the 3070 XC3 Blacks) are simply not moving. Edit: howe10888,  Now you just need some SL120 Unifans to add to it (that darn thing doesn't come with any fans!)...sounds like a nice build you've got going!

Just an update, aaaand I learned something new today: they don't like shipping their cards to freight forwarders. So they cancelled my order (because freight forwarder shipping address, I live outside North America), and I called them up right away and the rep I spoke with said it has to be shipped to a US residential address. They couldn't "un-cancel" the order and just ship it out, unfortunately, but they said they will send me a new purchase link in the next 24 hours. Lo and behold, not 2 minutes from when we hung up I received a fresh new link to repurchase the 3070 FTW3 Ultra.

According to the spreadsheet, you are about 40 spots away from the front of the queue. A sizable drop should get you close if not into that tranche of emails. Best of luck!

I do, its a client of mine who I edit videos for (and who offered to purchase the card for me). He will ship the card to the freight forwarder when he gets it. Lesson learned, check payment and shipping FAQs and don't assume anything to avoid any unnecessary drama.

Just in case EVGA is wondering which cards those of us queued for multiple cards still want after all this time: Even though I'm in queue for 5 different models... the one I now prefer is in the fact the one they are getting the most of: the 3080 FTW3 Ultra.

Haha. Yeah, I should have put "3080," as that is what I was referring to, based on that tweet that was posted a couple weeks ago. I am basically in a position where I have a 3070 coming this week, but I want a 3080. However, my new PC is just sitting waiting for a GPU. So, if I don't get a 3080 ordered this week, I'm going to "settle" for the 3070, at least for the next year or so.
