drewski989Do you effectively "steal" the next person's card? Some people missed their notification for more than a couple days and still got their cards. I believe EVGA just took card from next batch and send it to them.
EVGA probably keeps a small percentage of cards in reserve for RMAs anyway. I would guess that resent email notifies come from this stock.
I'll know for sure Friday whether my 3998 is a refurb or new.
You're probably right. Not sure if they could get away with selling refurbished cards as new. They have to give you a new card even if you RMA within 30 days, right?

Yes, please do not post 100 irrelevant messages. If you have an EVGA product then register it and it will likely earn you "elite" status. Elite gets access to the queues 24 before non-elite. Of course even that doesn't guarantee you anything. I have registered in several Elite queues and am still waiting. There's just that many people wanting cards. If you must post 100 posts, there are "game" threads to do that in. Please don't flood this thread more than it already is. Thanks and good luck.

Yes, all of those things. And you have to pinky swear to only ever say nice things about Peter. Or just do any single one of those things and then activate Elite status from your My Elite page. Except the part about Peter, because he will never help you.

It's not so terrible. As others have said, you can post spam messages in any of the spam thread (but not in active discussion threads please), or watch a few Twitch streams, or register (almost) any product. Elite will give you an option to queue up 24 hours early. You are unfortunately a bit late for most queues right now, but I would start by signing up right now to all available queues, and be on the lookout here and on Twitter for new product launches to get in early next time. Congrats! So I guess we got about 40-50 seconds of movement on that queue. I'm at 7:43:15. Probably a combination of limited stock/hitting the bottleneck now.
