3969 seems conspicuous in it's total lack of movement. Do we know if this card actually exists and if it does, why there's been no movement for so long? Is there anyone in EVGA that could possibly throw any light on this? I really don't want to go to an alternative brand.

I feel I'm going a bit post blind looking for who and how I give my details to, to understand how far down a given queue I am. Apologies as I have doubtless read it! Whilst I willingly accept the risk of increased depression is a frightening reality I think it's something I'd like to understand before old age takes me over, or my GXT970 makes good on it's threats and finally concedes defeat, plunging me into the abyss of darkness!

Best way is to look at enewt's summary and compare the timestamp for your model there to the timestamp you have in your "My notifies" If you post your notify time here. We can probably give you a general idea. Edit: That darn enewt beat me to it :) Amphibian appendages are on point today!

Wow, lots of movement this week! I've been away camping with no internet, but I'm glad to see that things are starting to move along. Had to pass on 3987 this week, but hopefully someone else was able to enjoy it. Also glad to see that how many people were able to get hybrid Kingpins - do you think you'll go for it if it gets to you before the HC, enewt? 😉.
Let's hope we see some more 3080 Ti next week! Jacob says a definite "maybe" on hybrids, let's see how that plays out...

Unfortunately, you are likely multiple months away from the front of that queue (at this point, likely late 2021 (at best)...perhaps more likely...2022). Since it launched on 6/3, that queue has barely moved along its timeline; it is still very much in its registration congestion in its first launch hours. I am sorry I don't have better news. I too am a bit curious as to who actually makes the decision of which models are shipped out each week. I'm also surprised at the overall drop pattern of the last month. Most people, I believe, expected that the 3080 Ti would be a way for Nvidia and there partners to increase margins by selling the same cards for more, or at least selling a 3090 for less RAM, allowing them to make more and sell at about 150% overall gain. But, we've since seen very few 3080 Ti drop. In contrast, 3090s and 3080s, which had slowed to a trickle in months prior, have now really started moving again in full force. I'm really scratching my head over what the overall strategy is here.

Honestly, it's as if you have to be an economics major nowadays in order to make the most educated guess as to which SKU you should hit "notify me" for.
