To whom did the graphics card arrive, did it arrive in an anonymous box or only in the sales box? I am afraid that, due to this lack of availability, it could be stolen en route, unless the shipment is insured.

It arrives in Tupperware, and they leave it on the street and notify you of their deed.

I'd rather not build/maintain a 3rd loop just for it if I knew I would get the 3967 before too long...
You could buy the 3959 and add $90 to buy the hybrid cooler. No need to build a custom loop and you'd gett a cooler-running card than the 3967. Question of whether you want to pay a bit more though. I personally would wait; you will probably get the 3967 this week or next.
I wondered if the hybrid kit cooler would work it doesn't show it will but the boards are the same it shows compatibility with so I didn't know why not...I do see the 3967 is clocked higher for some reason though...
The 3967 is the FTW3, the 3959 is the XC3, so yeah it will be clocked a bit higher by default. Not really meaningful. You can also overclock better on a hydro or hybrid card just because of the temps. And yes, the XC3 hybrid kit should work for the XC3 3080 Tis. Jacob mentioned this at one point on Twitter.

If anyone is interested, I signed up for a 3797 on 6/10 but i knew my stamp was way too late (7:24am). So i decided to enter the step up program using the 3657 i purchased about a month ago (i entered the step up program on 6/10, at around 10am PT).
Today I received the email that my step up request is approved, and i can get a 3070ti 3797!
My son will certainly enjoy this upgrade on his PC!

You didn't include any SKU's but I would guess it's going to be a while, even if those are 3060's. Since your 580 just died, my suggestion would be to buy a second hand 980 for $200 to $250 until your card comes in, then re-sell the 980.

The 3080s (with the exception of the more recently released watery ones) haven't made it past September notifications yet. You've got a long wait.

It is probably safe to say that you won't see them. Pretty much all 3080 cards will be stopped so the LHR cards can be made to help us against the miners and not gouge us for hundreds of dollars more :P

if your 39 on the list for a newly released card. then you should already have received an invite to buy. surely they had more than 39 of those cards. at least you would think so.
and if you dont mind me asking, what list are you referring to. the only official list im aware of is the my notifies list. which really doesn't tell us much at all except what time you got in. and there are people on twitter posting their times , that were before the queue was even officially open

Yes, should be the GPU in retail packaging, inside a normal brown cardboard shipping box. It's really only places like Amazon and Ebay sellers that slap shipping labels on a retail box. No wonder they have to deal with excessive shipping damage and theft.

I don't know what anyone is talking about with prices on eBay. I still see everything "3070 TI" and selecting "Buy it now" filter and we're looking at $1300-1500. Once in a while you see a scattered $1000 but those are open box/used and never EVGA especially. Even sort by sold and today already people have purchased 3070 TI FTW Ultras for $1400. Same goes with yesterday. Let's assume $1300, even after eBay fee's and shipping that's a pretty damn good profit. I actually got excited for a second when someone said they are selling for 'close to MSRP on eBay" because then i'd just buy one there but no. Not even close.

EVGA ships thru UPS and even on orders with sig confirmation, UPS does not actually do this. I asked my delivery guy one time about it and they havent done it since the Pandemic started.

Agreed…hoping for an xoc bios for the 3080 Ti. I feel like mine is just shrugging its shoulders wondering where more watts are lol
