Your not alone my friend. I think everyone has seen the only drops out there for the day and the one's that got a card befor the site crashed is throwing a party :)

So I was checking the time on my notifies, and noticed a new notification from 5/21 that I don't recognize, for the 10G-P5-3897-RX -- only difference is RX vs KR. Any clue where this came from?
RX are usually Refurbished products (also known as B-Stock). It seems that you signed up for Auto Notify for the refurbished card. Please note that there are no queues for refurbished cards.

I wonder how this'll affect the 3090 queues, considering that the 3080 Ti is essentially the same (but slightly cut down) core.
It would look like NVIDIA would earn more by pumping out more 3080 Ti's.

LOL but I mean, it would make sense though right? Why spend the cost of producing one 3090 core when you can make two shaved-down cores and ship them out as 3080 Ti's?

I really think this is going to make the 3080 basically cease to exist, once the 3070 Ti is out, the high end GA102s will go to 3090s, mid tier will go to 3080 Ti's. I don't see the 3080 Ti as being "high enough" that it's too hard for most GA102s to make the cut. It runs at a lower frequency, just has more cores.
3080s are already hard to come by, this is just going to make them even more scarce, since now dies that couldn't be put in to 3090s can still probably be made in to 3080 Ti's, and you know NVidia is going to squeeze every dollar they can out of each wafer sheet, so the more Ti's & less regular 3080s they can make, the better.

At my daughter’s soccer practice and it is so good to be outside. But all I can think about is my fear that we may get another doozy of a Wednesday and Thursday next week for the 3070 Ti.

You can't really. Best you can do is compare your time to how fast its dropping and how far away it currently is at from away the time you registered.

I got caught up in the 3958 hybrid having the hydro copper image throwing me off. I’m glad I got a card and I guess I’m modifying my loop for a little bit until I can get a block ready to go. A little bit of a bummer knowing I’ll have to find a block (and that I paid for the hybrid kit without needing it too I guess) but a card is a card

3080 tis opened today for elite members, tomorrow for everyone else. For the 3070 tis, queues open for elite at 6am PST on June 10th, the next day for everyone else.
