I'm new here and just curious what happens if all the cards of this EVGA drop are gone to the early notification-subscribers? Is there a queue where normal people can sign up tomorrow? And if so, how long is the waiting time for them to purchase one usually?

If you aren't elite already then you have a long wait ahead of you for 3080ti, best bet is to go to one of the word game threads and spam your way to 100 posts, then sign up for a 3070ti next week

EVGA cares. I have been dealing with this company for years. Anyone accusing EVGA of not caring about their customers has no clue what kind of company EVGA is, or what kind of people they have working for them. They are enthusiasts and gamers that work there and know exactly what we are all going through. They literally don't need to do this for PR, per your OWN WORDS. "Everything they make is sold instantly." 
 
So why bother with the queue? Why spend time individually responding and re-sending a queue email with an individualized buy link to a customer who has missed their window by a few hours? Why charge LESS than every single other AIB for their cards, when their build quality is at least equally as good across each pricing tier? 
 
They don't need the PR. They could hike up prices like MSI and PowerColor (AMD) and every single card would still sell INSTANTLY. 
 
The answer is because they DO care. I recently had an interaction with EVGA over the phone. In this situation, they were well within the terms and conditions to keep the money we were discussing on something I had purchased. I explained to them my situation, and the rep helped me out when he 100% didn't have to. Even Best Buy with their anti-bot system cares - not as much as EVGA, perhaps, but they don't have to do any kind of system at all. Every week they do a restock, I see actual humans on forums here, at Hard Forums, on Discord, and even Reddit that are able to purchase a graphics card from Best Buy. I was able to purchase a hotly sought-after 5900X, and I've had it for MONTHS, all thanks to Best Buy's efforts to at least have something to give humans a fighting chance to beat the bots. 

 
They have no reason to care, except that they actually care. Period. I worked for Best Buy for seven years. I am still in frequent contact with several individuals on various tiers of Best Buy's "food chain", so to speak. They have plenty of employees that care about their customers. Sure, not all do, but many, do. As to other retailers, I can't speak quite as firmly, but even Newegg and Amazon have been helpful on other orders I've made over the last two years or so. 
 
What is your actual evidence that "they don't care"?

Apologies I was referring to Nvidia. I wasn't trying to diss EVGA,  I defend them, as I have multiple cards registered under them and they've been nothing but great to me since my 1080 ti.

I was meaning more towards Nvidia scalping their customers recently.

Well, I'm with you there! Nvidia is definitely enjoying this. And I agree that most retailers and AIBs have zero incentive to change things from the way they are. Why would they want/need to? It's great for shareholders too. It's great for just about everyone except people that just want to buy the cards to keep for themselves. 
 
I wish everyone good luck in queueing today!! I'm thinking this will be a card that not a lot of miners will be as interested in, but I'm also thinking that won't help much, as scalpers will still try to scoop up as many as humanly...errrr, botly possible.

what time do you guys think they will release the first set of emails after they launch the queue? will it be earlier than normal?
next year were still waiting for 3080s from september and were in june so expect 3080tis from queue next june
