Hey guys, i am currently overclocking the next 10900KF and i have some stupid issues with the Z490 Dark (Until i RMA it AGAIN to finally get the right board.. -.-).
When i set all 10 Cores to 5.4GHz, save and reboot then Core 9 and 10 are stuck at 800MHz in ELEET X1 which causes my CPU to get stuck at 3.6GHz all core, doesn't matter the workload. 
Which means i have to manually adjust Core 9, 10 and the Ring to the set frequency from the Bios to let my CPU go up to 5.4GHz as it should. 

- Latest Bios
- Tried different RAM
- Windows Power maximum performance
- with and without ELEET X1 installed
- it's a fresh windows installation with all drivers installed
- no programs at startup 
 
Did anyone else experience this bug?

What leads you to believe your particular chip is for sure capable of a 5.4 all core oc? My memory  with OC on that chip is most people found their chip's ceiling to be ~5.0/5.1 all core. Some were able to get 5.2. 

That doesn't matter here. It's about my bug, not my cpu. But if you want to know.. Prime95 small fft's stable for 4 hours. 
It also can sometimes do one cinebench r15 run with 5.6GHz. But that's another story.

Which bios version are you on?

If it's version 2.0 or later it hasn't worked properly for me with comet lake either, guess it's intended only for rocket lake. The older ones have been fine though.
