I've got an EVGA Z20 keyboard that has worked well for quite a while now, but the number pad enter key has stopped working.  The other enter key works as do all the other keys.  I don't suppose there is an easy fix.  I don't think the switches are replaceable on this keyboard.  Pressing the key feels exactly the same as the other keys, but it doesn't register or work.  Everything else is working including all the lighting and such.

Any settings or anything I may have overlooked?

I just found that I have this problem too, I ignored it at first since I thought maybe I didn't set it up properly or didn't press the key correctly, but it looks like it is a very common issue from other threads in this forum:

From @EVGA_James on both the forum and Discord, it sounds like we need to contact support for a warranty replacement.

Any idea on what we can do if we are outside of warranty?  It's incredibly odd that this has been a problem for a while and the only answer is "contact support".  I have a B-Stock that has this problem now, and I would like to know if I can fix it somehow.

Well, Ranma the only thing you can do is take it apart and see if it needs a cleaning maybe. You can look for blown components in that area also. If youre not comfortable taking things apart and cleaning, always with isopropyl alcohol, then you can try blowing it out with compressed air, but you got to becareful and keep the board a foot or so away from the nozzle cause of the pressure. Dont use a large commercial air compressor either cause they typically have moisture, oils and dirt that will fly out, even if they have filters. Either air duster cans or little non-lubed air compressors. Other than taking it to a pro, probably not worth the money, youll need a new KB.
