EVGA XR-1 not showing up in Audio Output Source

I have everything set up correctly, at least I think. People keep saying to add the EVGA XR1 as my audio output source, but the issue is that it's not even showing up. I'm so incredibly frustrated lol. It shows up in audio input though?!

    Which is why I'm very confused as to why there is no audio coming through. :')

    How exactly do you have it connected, also on the source device do you have HDMI set as the output audio device?

    I'm also having a problem with audio, OBS recognizes the XR1 as an audio input and output but yet no audio comes through. It's extremely frustrating and I would appreciate some help.

    So here is what I found tonight.  I have a logitech C920 camera that I was using the logitech capture software with.  I had noticed some issues with my razer siren mini mic before but disconnecting and reconnecting usb cables in certain orders would work.  Then, all input audio stopped working.  Got a wild hair and uninstalled the logitech software and my siren and xr1 audio work in OBS.  I hope this helps.

    To clarify, the Audio Output Capture will only show devices that can output audio, such as a USB headset, HDMI port on the Motherboard or Graphics Card or onboard audio/audio card outputs. The capture card cannot output audio from other sources via the HDMI port on the capture device, as is it not an audio output device. Audio input capture or one of the Mic/Auxiliary Audio options under the Audio Settings in OBS should be able to be set to the capture card, to receive the audio from the console/device that is being input into the capture card.
