EVGA Unleash rgb

So i recently got a Z10 rgb and am loving everything about but the RGB software. For whatever reason i cannot change the color of anything in it. the default profiles random button works but i am unable to pick a specific color my self. I've tried clean installs, removing programs that might conflict, even plugged the keyboard into a different computer and had the same issue. any ideas what might be causing this or how to fix it?

    Be sure you're using the right/latest Unleash RGB software (Version 1.0.2.0 as of now) located in EVGA Downloads -> Drivers and BIOS -> Other Products -> Keyboard -> All -> Unleash RGB
     
    If still no joy, try running as administrator by right-clicking on the Unleash RGB desktop shortcut, then Properties, then the Compatibility tab, then Change settings for all users, then Run this program as an administrator, then OK.

    Have you tried clicking on the gear inside the RGB Unleashed software and resetting the keyboard to default to see if that helps?
