EVGA Titan X SC crashed only in Arma 2 OA

Hi all !
Excuse my bad english !!
Since i changed from my GTX 670 to Titan X SC, Arma 2 OA will not run without crash to Desktop, with Black Screen. Sound of game allways goes on.
Allways the same mistake: LiveKernelEvent 117
 


 
I tested many drivers from old to new, another PSU, another RAMs, fresh install OS and game - nothing helps.
 
When i run Valley Benchmark 1.0 its all OK.
 
 
What can I do ! Have anyone a idea ??

My Spec:
WIN 7 Pro 64bit-Intel i5 3570K-EVGA GTX TITAN X-SSD Samsung 850PRO-16GB Corsair DDR3-ASUS P8Z77vPRO-beQuite DarkPowerPro10 650W-Sennheiser PC363D-Keyboard G710+

    i allways install a new Driver with DDU befor and Vsync is OFF.
    I will test in bebug mode next - thks.

     Hi !
    Yesterday i cleaned with DDU old Driver and install the new one 361.91.
    Nvidia diriver i set in Debug Mode.
    Played 7 hours without crashes.
     
    Today 2 crashes in one hours - in DEBUG MODUS.
     
     

     
    What can i do ?

    Try driver 347.88 if you haven't already.

    but my solution for me is as I continue playing Arma 2 OA with the gtx 670.

    Sounds like you need to rma your titan x then.
