It will depend on how you configure your system.

Are you going to use the hard drive cage?
If so it will have to be moved over closer to the front of the case.
If you do that then you won't be able to use the alternate psu shroud endcap.

If you remove that hard drive cage then you have all the room in the world.

My Supernova 1600 T2 is 20mm longer than your psu. Only 2 cm. I took a picture of mine to show you where the end of my psu is in relation to the hard drive cage tab on the floor of the case. That tab shows you the normal position of the cage. You would not have enough room for cables. I could not move it toward the front because I have 3 fans mounted on the side and use that altenate psu shroud endcap.
You could use the original shroud endcap and install only 2 fans if that suits you.

Bottom line, you need room for psu cables.

^ +1.  I just recently built in a 4000d airflow with a PSU slightly smaller than yours, and I had to remove my hard drive cage in order to easily route my cables. If you do not plan to use the cage at all, there should be no issues.
