I struggled to launch the game as well, However all it was, Was a Patch problem. Tried again and it finished patching :)
 
I'm assuming there was supposed to be a ladder here, LOL!

Im sure you will see lots of screenies once Alpha starts up.. right now just the Hangar Module is all we have.
