Hi guys, I have ordered EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Gaming week ago and excited about it. One Youtuber "Frame chasers" shared his teardown & overclock video for this card, and I notice in the teardown section the circled VRM inductor (pic below) does not have direct contact to the heatsink like the rest of the inductors.

I know VRM inductor can operate at wide temperature, and we have warranty backup. So just wondering if this is OK for long term use? And can EVGA do some improvement for this? Thanks
The video is called "RTX 3080 XC3 overclocking, disassembly and power modding" on youtube, great video, worth to check out if you want to have a look the PCB

Also maybe need to put a separate thermal pad on that circled MOSFET? Looks like that one is missing on the GPU heat plate while other brand has the pad for that MOSFET. Thanks
