EVGA Precision-X Ignoring OC settings?

My max GPU Clock should be at 1120mhz, but it goes to 1188? (It's fine right now because it's stable)

    GPU boost isn't an exact number. It can vary depending on the temps, application, etc.

    GPU boost isn't an exact number. It can vary depending on the temps, application, etc. 

    Except if you look at the picture it has two programs. Precision and GPUz, both showing different clocks.

    GPU-Z is showing what his boost is set to, 980+140. Precision is showing what its actually running.
