Release: 2/18/2022  -  This release updates PX1 to make sure certain functions are compatible with more newly released cards, and some bug fixes.
 
Note - To reduce potential MCU/BIOS flashing issues, please disable "Fast Boot" in your motherboard BIOS before changing cards or flashing to a different BIOS.  Just a PSA....
 
  • Update Resizable BAR database with newer part numbers for BIOS version check
  • Updates MCU database for firmware updater
  • Assorted bug fixes

    Still massively cuts my frame rate down to 10-20 fps vs 1.2.9.0. Neither 1.3.0.0 or 1.3.1.0 work correctly for me both do the same thing and gpu clock locks in at 210 mhz.

    (Appears to be from using old preset, setting to default and redoing settings seems to have fixed it.)

    There is a VBIOS update for my 3060Ti ULTRA FTW3. However, the version of VBIOS is still the same after pressing update.
     
    The fast boot is disabled.

    Looks like still no GPU Hot spot in KP OLED monitoring or HWM.  grumble grumble grumble.

    I normally update the firmware because it's probably bug fixes or stability fixes.

    That is very much typically the case. It's best to do clean installs when updating PX1. :)

    Thank you for the update! I was wondering, was this supposed to be fixed yet, or am I the only one having this issue with the font being too big regardless of the size I choose?

     
    Edit: I just fixed it. I found a thread on this forum made in 2020 regarding the OSD tray icon being small where someone suggested to mess with the "high DPI settings" in the exe properties.
     

    My issue was actually the font being too big. I fixed it by going to the properties window of PrecisionX_x64.exe, then I did this:
     
    Compatibility --> Change high DPI settings --> Check box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior"--> Select "System" in the drop down box.
    I hope this helped someone out there that has been having the same issue as I have with the newer versions of X1.

    I had the same issue with the last version too. Making a new preset seems to have fixed it for me too.

    When I tried it, it was too small to read. That was about a year ago.
     
    I didn't have to change anything and it worked correctly this time. Thanks for the tips either way.

    OSD still not working since 1.3.0.0 upgrade, FPS still not working in HWM either.  Otherwise, seems fine.

    Updating to Precision X1 v1.3.1 disabled Flow Control.
     
    It not only deleted the Flow Control WinRing0 registry entry but it also reached into the Flow Control   C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Flow Control   folder and deleted the WingRing0 folder and it's contents.
    I don't understand why the installer would be written to do that for another program. Amazing!
     
    Fortunately I had a backup image to retrieve the missing items. This also happened once before with an EleetX1 update so I backed up the registry key previously.
    EVGA software is quite an adventure
     
    Maybe they're planning on doing away with WinRing0 for Flow Control but it hasn't happened yet. I'm using the latest version.
     
    EDIT: Turns out I'm not on the latest Flow Control even though the built-in "Check for Updates" says that I am. Will try the new one tomorrow.

    A little late, sorry, but I can confirm the Forza Horizon 5 issue reported with the previous PX1 version 1.3.0.0 has been fixed with a clean install of this release.

    What does the clock go to when you use Boost Lock? Your previous OC? This is typical behavior. 'Curve' means it's adhering to the VF Curve Tuner.

    I can't save profile settings with this latest revision.  I had to reinstall clean after my SSD died.  Now, when I save my settings to a profile number, it just reverts back to default.  Are there folder permissions that need to be changed?  Thanks.

    It didn't work on either version though.  It didn't work on .1 and it didn't work on .2.  I didn't see any messages in the pinned .2 thread.
