You can PM ShannonR (product manager) listed on the link at the bottom of my posts and ask this question. As you said only Non-K versions of the CPUs will/could support VT-d. This has to do with the way Sandy Bridge interfaces with the P67. So you would really need to PM Shannon to see if EVGA BIOS / mobos will have this support for the Non-K CPUs.
