EVGA Nu Audio Sound Card - PC recording issues

dear all
 
just had a new PC built with the soundcard.
 
 Now prior to this new PC, I used to use sound forge studio 14 and apowersoft to record audio from internet etc. using same programs on new PC and neither of the programs will record. I have tried everything to make them work but to no avail. Even installed vb-cable and even that hasn’t worked.


i’m running windows 10. I would really appreciate some advice or help pls.

    Try recording 4 channels to see if the audio is on other channels maybe.
    I use Audacity with ASIO and my line in is on channels 3 & 4.

    Audacity is very good freeware!
