When I first set up Windows and installed Precision XOC, the LED Sync window opened right up and let me modify the LED settings for my 1080 Ti SC2. Ever since then, if I click the LED Sync button in Precision XOC to make it light up, the LED Sync icon in the taskbar shows up and if I hover over it I can see the LED Sync window. However, no matter what I have tried, I cannot get the LED Sync window to show up and let me interact with it. I've tried messing with every setting, I've tried reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked. What is going on?

Welcome to the forums.

If you haven't done all this yet, I would uninstall LED Sync and then uninstall Precision XOC (through Windows Control Panel)..Then restart your PC..Then delete the leftover LED Sync and Precision XOC folders (which contain the configuration files) in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA folder..Then install the latest standalone version of Precision XOC again and roll from there.

Is there a way to save all my settings/profiles before I delete everything? I've already lost all my settings twice now randomly and don't want to lose them again.

Yes..You can copy and save the Profiles folders to your desktop, then simply copy and paste them back again at any time..But I would delete all the profiles after uninstalling LED Sync and Precision and start clean again..But yeah, you can always keep a backup copy of them on your desktop like I do so you so you can easily get all your preferred/custom settings back again.

Well, I uninstalled it as you said. For whatever reason, it kept all my settings even after restarting and deleting the folders. But LED Sync is working again, so success!

If I close the LED Sync window once I am done with it, is there a way to open it again without disabling and then re-enabling the LED Sync button in XOC?

Good that you're making progress with it, but I don't know about how the LED Sync window acts since I don't have that software to monkey around with it.
